Samitivej Hospital Sukhumvit is a private hospital established in Bangkok, Thailand, in 1979. It consists of four hospital groups and accepts a particularly large number of Japanese patients living in Thailand. Dr. Takashi OZAKI (Department of Surgery), a 67th graduate of KMU, introduced them to visit our affiliated hospital.
On September 24, 2024, Director of Samitivej Hospital Sukhumvit Adinun and five other members met with Director of KMU Hospital Matsuda and took part in the tour of the KMU facilities. The attendees discussed the acceptance of patients from Thailand in the future. They would also like to refer patients for photoimmunotherapy, and other cooperation agreements between the two sides should be considered in the future.
